Bartender

Job Overview

Topgolf is hiring bartenders for its entertainment venues. The role focuses on delivering excellent service to Players and supporting a fun, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Players with energy and personality.
• Arrange and serve a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.
• Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and stock supplies.
• Collaborate with other playmakers to provide top notch service.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards and health regulations.
• Represent Topgolf core values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, Caring.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and team mindset.
• Previous experience behind a bar in a high energy hospitality or entertainment setting.
• Ability to remain calm and engaged during peak periods.
• Good communication skills and player focus.
• Minimum legal serving age and required responsible beverage service certification.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds; comfortable with bending, stooping, carrying.
• Stand for most of the shift.
• Engage in varied physical tasks and maintain endurance in a high volume environment.
