Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for bartending and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.
• Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is equally valued.
• Familiarity with bartending techniques and knowledge of various beverages is advantageous.
• Understanding of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe working environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to help customers feel welcome and valued.
