• Seasonal a la carte lunch/dinner menu showcasing modern Australian cuisine - coastal, barbecue, with southeast Asian and Mediterranean influences. We also have a daily breakfast service

Role Summary:

The Bartender role at its heart is a service position dedicated to the excellence of drinks service and bar keeping. The Bartender assures that the quality and consistency of our drinks service is maintained. Drinks are a special piece of our experience, our drinks complement our food, facilitate our relationships, and create memorable moments.
