Bartender

We are looking for a superstar skilled Bartender with top attention to detail, efficiency and cleanliness along with a genuine passion for all things beer, wine and spirits. You will have some experience in a high-volume bar environment, serving quality drinks and providing great hospitality.

Our brilliant Bartenders demonstrate a 'we're all in this together' attitude, confidence in a customer-focused environment and know what it takes to deliver top-quality drinks and great hospitality at all times.

What You Can Expect Your Responsibilities to Be

• Engaging with guests, taking orders and pouring drinks to brand specification
• Open and close down the bar independently
• Multi-task and be able to perform a busy service
• Maintain the standard speed of service, quality and overall consistency
• Have a basic understanding of cocktails
• Have a basic understanding of coffee and hot drinks
• Maintain cleanliness at all times
• Communicate stock issues and shortages to the Head Bartender and Duty Manager
• Be the face of positivity and motivation, bringing your best and most positive self at all times
• Consistently deliver great hospitality with huge personality within the hospitality standards framework

• Undertake regular training and always be striving for self improvement
• Work to support a busy team and take an active part in contributing to team-driven results
• Display a smart and professional appearance, always striving to represent your venue in a positive way
