Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team at La Petite Maison London. Located in a vibrant setting, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and crafting exquisite cocktails that enhance our guests' dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Manage inventory of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front of house teams to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Stay updated on menu offerings and drink specials to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service efficiently.
• Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
