Bartender

We're on the hunt for a Bartender to join the team at The Blues Kitchen.

As a bartender at The Blues Kitchen, you'll be at the centre of the action-mixing great drinks, delivering fast, friendly service, and helping create the kind of experience guests remember. What You'll Do:

• Serve cocktails and drinks to spec with speed and care
• Deliver warm, memorable service on every shift
• Keep the bar clean, organised, and well-stocked
• Learn and grow through regular training and mentorship
• Support your team and share knowledge along the way

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume bar.
• Strong communicator and team player under pressure.
• Passionate about hospitality, people, and personal growth.
• Driven, reliable, and eager to contribute to a vibrant team culture.
• A love for music, nightlife, and London's social scene.

What to Expect:

• Competitive Pay: £12.25 per hour plus tronc (total package usually in the range of £14-16 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
• A dynamic working environment where no two shifts are the same-each night brings its own rhythm and vibe. The Blues Kitchen is a lively bar, restaurant and music venue meaning our teams work a variety of daytime and evening shifts over the course of the week.
