Bartender - Incredible City Views!!

The bit about us:

We currently manage almost 400,000 sq ft of hospitality focused co working, event, and exclusive Clubspaces for over 5,000 members. We operate across the UK, with spaces in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes, with plans to launch more sites in 2026 (and beyond!).

Today we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join us on a casual basis (approx 20/30 hours per week), to help shape the member experience at our stunning Clubspace called Eighteen.

Based on Colmore Row, this role is perfectly located if you are currently studying at UCB as we are only a 5 min walk away!

What you'll do:

• Serve a range of drinks with confidence, knowledge and charm
• Deliver warm, personal and professional service to our members and guests
• Keep the bar area clean, well stocked and running smoothly
• Work events, private functions and busy evenings with a calm, can do attitude
• Recommend drinks and cocktails based on guest preferences

What we're looking for:

• At least 2 years bar experience in a quality hospitality setting
• Good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
• A friendly, reliable and adaptable attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Event experience
