Bartender / FandB Attendant at Hotel de France

Our restaurant is looking for a Bartender / FandB Attendant to join our friendly and professional team.

Responsibilities

• Driven and friendly with excellent customer service skills and a smart appearance.
• Able to work both behind the dispense bar and on the floor.
• Proficient in preparing wines, cocktails, smoothies, tea, and coffee.
• Capable of working under pressure, self motivated, with excellent time management and adaptable to change.
• Flexible and ready to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year working within a similar establishment.
• Previous experience with micros or Symphony would be advantageous.
• Training in wines, spirits, and cocktail preparation is desirable.
• Food Safety Level 2 or an equivalent qualification.
