Job Overview

The role involves front of house duties as a barista and, when the café transitions to an evening cocktail service, as a bartender. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and easy desserts.
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and processing payments.
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for guests.
• Assist with the everyday running of the shop.
• Prepare cocktails and support evening service when the café operates as a bar.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality.
• Experience brewing coffee or working as a barman is desirable; training will be provided if necessary.
• Ability to work well in a busy setting and collaborate with others.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic demeanor.
