Job Description

Supervisor - Hospitality
Location: Parkmore West Business Park, Galway
Salary: €35,000 per annum
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Supervisor to join their team in Parkmore West Business Park, Galway.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to step into a leadership role within a busy and well-established food service operation. The position offers a Monday-to-Friday daytime schedule, providing an excellent work-life balance compared to traditional hospitality roles. We are seeking a hands on supervisor with strong barista experience and a positive attitude who can support daily operations while leading and motivating the team.

The Duties
  • Supervise the daily operation of the food service area.

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.

  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered.

  • Support the management team with staff supervision and team coordination.

  • Train and guide team members on service standards and coffee preparation.

  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety standards.

  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and daily operational checks.

  • Ensure the service area is organised and operating efficiently during peak periods.

The Must Requirements
  • Must have experience in hospitality.

  • Barista experience is essential.

  • Must have experience in a similar role.

  • Strong organisational and communication abilities.

  • Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
