Beautiful coffee, delicious PASTA, and unbeatable team spirit!?Coco di Mama is looking for a BARISTA to join our wonderful team.

Earning up to £13.50 per hour, our great Baristas have excellent coffee, communication and organization skills. They possess an ability to work quickly, cleanly and have a flexible approach to the job. They are driven by a positive approach and always put the customer first.

Please note that this role isn't tied to a specific site, and you could be requested to work in any of our central London stores

As a Barista, your main duties will include:

• Managing the coffee rushes and consistently delivering all drinks to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensuring coffee machines are manned during busy periods to ensure speed standards are achieved and ask for help when required.
• Engaging and communicates comfortably with customers making them feel welcome and encouraging them to come back to Coco.
• Contributing to our great atmosphere by displaying a sense of urgency and engaging with the team.
• Ensuring drinks are made to the correct standards at all times
• Recognises where help is required and proactively supports other members of the team.
