About The Role

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 06:30 - 15:00

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Barista to join our Catering team. Based at our prestigious client location, this role is perfect for someone who loves delivering exceptional coffee and outstanding customer service.

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role
  • Craft and serve a variety of high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, and seasonal specials, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting clients and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times
  • Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently, processing transactions accurately and promptly
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage deliveries to ensure the coffee station is well stocked
  • Clean and maintain coffee machines and other equipment, reporting technical issues to management as needed
  • Stay informed about the coffee menu, seasonal specials, and food pairings to upsell products and make informed recommendations to customers
  • Assist the catering team during busy periods, helping with food preparation and service
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including hygiene, safety, and security protocols
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and maintaining a collaborative atmosphere
About You
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
  • Friendly and professional demeanour when interacting with guests and clients.
