Maison Pierre Marcolini is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our prestigious new boutique on Regent Street in London with a salary in the range of £30,000-£32,000 per annum plus bonus. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience while overseeing daily operations. You will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of service, visual presentation, and team performance. Your day to day responsibilities will encompass leading by example, driving sales performance, managing team dynamics, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to premium craftsmanship and personalised service. Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations and strategic initiatives
- Lead by example and deliver a premium, personalised client experience that reflects Maison Pierre Marcolini's luxury positioning
- Drive sales performance and actively contribute to achieving store targets
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality barista service, including coffee and specialty beverages
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation to reflect brand excellence
- Oversee stock management, inventory control and coordinate deliveries
We are looking for candidates who combine retail or hospitality expertise with a genuine passion for luxury and customer service. You should possess a strong management mindset, proven barista skills and the ability to inspire and lead a team. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, detail oriented and capable of thriving in a fast paced luxury environment where excellence is non negotiable.
Experience & Expertise Required- 2-3 years of experience in retail or hospitality, with demonstrated management or supervisory experience
- Strong barista background and expertise in coffee and beverage preparation (essential)
- Fluency in English
- Genuine passion for luxury goods, chocolate and exceptional customer service
- Natural leadership mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised, proactive approach with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to motivate and develop team members in a collaborative environment
