As our Barback, you'll be the backbone of the bar team, keeping everything stocked, clean, and running smoothly. From replenishing ingredients and glassware to supporting the bartenders during busy service, you'll ensure the bar is always prepared to deliver exceptional drinks and guest experiences.

Who we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is desirable but not essential
• Energetic, hardworking, and eager to learn
• Able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High personal standards of organisation, cleanliness, and teamwork

What's in it for you?

The on target earning potential for this role is £32,073.60 per annum - comprising a base salary of £25,625.60 (40 hours per week at a hourly rate of £12.32), plus a qualified estimate of £6,448 in gratuities and service charge.
