Bar Supervisor: Lead Guests & Team in Busy, Welcoming Settings

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Supervisor to lead guest-facing service across our cosy pubs and brasseries. You will help manage floor operations, support the team during shifts, and contribute to delivering warm, high-quality dining experiences.

The role offers bespoke training through Stepping Stones, access to Hospitality Action's EAP, and progressive development as the estate grows beyond 60 sites by 2027.
