We're looking for a Bar Supervisor with personality, energy and a genuine passion for hospitality to help lead our bar operation and deliver exceptional service from first drink to last orders.
What You'll Be Doing- Leading by example behind the bar and on the floor
- Mixing, pouring and serving with confidence and flair
- Supporting and motivating the bar team during busy services
- Creating memorable guest experiences that keep people coming back
- Helping drive sales, standards and team performance
- Maintaining stock control, cleanliness and licensing compliance
- Loves hospitality and enjoys engaging with guests
- Has previous bar experience and some supervisory experience
- Brings positive energy and a can-do attitude
- Stays calm when the bar is three deep and the orders keep coming
- Wants to be part of an ambitious and growing team
