The Role

As Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring high service standards, strong team performance, and a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead bar staff, motivating the team to perform at their best
• Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed
• Create a positive, efficient, and customer-focused working environment
• Oversee the smooth running of the bar and storeroom
• Welcome and engage with customers, ensuring a high level of service
• Manage stock control and place orders as required
• Maintain strong knowledge of beverages and offerings
• Adapt quickly in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Support management with daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Experience with cash handling and till systems
• Self-motivated with the ability to lead and motivate others
• Previous experience in a busy bar environment
