Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; however, a passion for hospitality is essential
• Previous experience in a bar or customer service role is advantageous but not necessary for entry-level applicants
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic mathematical skills for cash handling
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
