Bar Staff Hetland Hall Hotel Part-Time

We are looking for enthusiastic Bar Staff to join the team at Hetland Hall Hotel. You'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and supporting the day-to day operation of our bar and food service areas.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and soft drinks
• Delivering friendly and attentive customer service to ensure an excellent guest experience
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the bar area
• Processing orders and payments accurately and efficiently
• Assisting with stock control and reporting any stock shortages
• Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations are followed
• Working closely with restaurant, kitchen, and events teams to support smooth service across the hotel

What We're Looking For:

• Must be 18 or over due to licensing regulations
• Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support different departments when needed
