You'll serve drinks, engage with guests, process transactions, and maintain a welcoming and professional environment. You may also assist with weddings, events, and functions, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

What you'll be doing:- Serving beverages efficiently and professionally
- Preparing drinks and cocktails where required
- Processing payments and handling transactions
- Providing a warm, welcoming, and attentive experience to guests
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and service areas
- Assisting at weddings, events, and functions as needed
- Engaging with guests and offering recommendations when appropriate
- Upholding food and drink safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Flexible availability including midweek, evenings, and weekends
- People full of personality who enjoy interacting with guests
- Flexible and adaptable to cover varying shift patterns
- Previous bar experience is beneficial but not essential
- Personal licence holders would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive, "can do" attitude
- Professionally presented
- Must be over 18 years old
