Masala Zone, a little bit about us:

Our food is uniquely from the true sources of Indian food - the gourmet homes & street stalls across India's regions.

This exciting Grand Brasserie is located in the 1873 historic Criterion Restaurant building - opposite the iconic Eros Fountain, the heart of London.

We unusually combine a panoramic range of proper Indian food - pioneering street food, thalis (the balanced family platters), flavourful grills, regional curries, biryanis - as well as brunch & afternoon tea

We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, and knowledge of Indian Food is a bonus but is not essential. We will provide extensive food training, so if you are curious, we want to hear from you!

The Position:

Waiting staff, leading the section with precision and charm.

We are looking for 1 full-time Barista (minimum 35 hours per week)

Weekly Hours:

Breakfast 6.15 am to 12.30 pm breakfast /Brunch

This will be for 5 days including weekends

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Understand high standards of customer service
• Some experience in preparing hot & cold beverages - such as coffee, expresso drinks, blended coffees & teas - however training provided
• Must be available to work weekends
• Be able to maintain a clean & well stocked workplace
