Bar Staff

We are looking for a ambitious and enthusiastic bar staff for our family run pub in Maldon.

You will be responsible for assisting with bar operations, ensuring that customers receive the best service possible, upholding a constant level of staff productivity, ensuring that the bar's budget is not exceeded and maintaining health and safety standards within the bar.

Our business is a popular family and dog friendly pub, we pride ourselves on knowing our customers and offering a great environment for everyone to enjoy. We are expanding our business so this role comes with huge opportunity for growth within our company for the right person.

To join our team you will need:
previous experience at bar staff level within the hospitality sector
Excellent customer service skills
High level of organisation
Brilliant people skills
Attention to detail
Passion for the hospitality sector
Awesome communicator
Must be available to work weekends and evenings

The role is hourly paid and a competitive rate depending on experience.

You will be offered between 25-30 hours per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
