Salary: Excellent Salary €60,000 for the Right Candidate

Pennyhill Pub is seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to join our team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading from the front. Supporting the General Manager and the rest of the team ensuring the smooth running of a busy pub environment.

About the role

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the Irish hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• A hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively in a busy service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy trading periods

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the daily operations of the pub
• Ensure consistently high standards of customer service are delivered at all times
• Assist with staff training, development, and performance management
• Ensure all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations are fully adhered to
• Support the delivery of sales targets, cost controls, and overall business performance
