Bar Manager: Lead a Friendly, High-Volume Bar Team

Daish's Holidays is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead the bar team and deliver the friendly, welcoming service guests expect. You will oversee day-to-day bar operations, train staff, manage stock and cash, and ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and quality standards.

The role involves working up to 6 days a week, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with shifts around 4:00pm to midnight.
