Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the bar team, create a seamless guest experience.
  • Drive cocktail creativity.
  • Run team meetings, coaching sessions, and development.
  • Oversee cellar management.
  • Manage rosters and staffing levels.
  • Manage ticket times and service flow.

Location: DE22 5JA

Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 per hour. Based at The Joiners Arms, Quarndon
