As our Bar Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our esteemed hotel bar Refuel and manage a team of Bartenders, Cocktail Waiter and Barbacks. You will collaborate with senior management and wider teams to deliver unparalleled service that exceeds our guests' expectations. No stock taking or ordering is required as part of your duties, so you can focus solely on team development, achieving budgets and running daily operations. Responsibilities
  • Manage the bar's day to day activities, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with guests, consistently delivering inspirational service.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the bar team through effective training and solid leadership.
  • Confidently handle guest complaints, finding prompt and satisfactory solutions.
  • Create new cocktails and drink offerings that align with our brand, enhancing our menu with innovative choices.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to correct measurements and licensing regulations.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure a seamless and high quality service.
What you Need
  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a fast paced, luxury venue.
  • A deep passion for Food and Beverage, with extensive knowledge of beverages, quality products, and ingredients.
  • Strong menu development skills, with the ability to innovate and enhance our offerings.
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team, with a talent for motivating others.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of our service inspires and delights our guests.
