Come and join the team! We are recruiting for a Bar Manager to work with us at Daish's Hotels!

Offering a competitive salary of up to £13.85 per hour depending on experience, working up to 6 days per week. We also offer continuous all year round employment - we don't close for the winter months! If you refer a friend to work for us, you'll split £100!

Hours include evenings, weekends and bank holidays, straight shifts of 4pm until midnight.

As our Bar Manager, you will demonstrate experience of managing bars and training staff to a high standard with excellent levels of service to our guests. Your job is to provide exceptional customer service whilst performing your regular duties, as well as managing a team of bar staff. Guest experience is absolutely paramount and we ensure we always provide a friendly and welcoming environment for both our guests and team members alike.

A personal licence is a bonus for this role but we will provide you with access to the training if required.

  • Coordinate daily, front and back of house bar operations
  • Good knowledge of all product sold in the bar and how to deliver them to the highest quality standard.
  • Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to any arising guest dissatisfaction
  • Organise and supervise staffing
  • Mentor new staff with the correct operational procedures for the department.
  • Active listening and effective communication skills
  • An understanding of cellar management.
  • Experience of cash handling and management.
  • A good working knowledge of Health and Safety issues relating to public bar spaces and events & licensing laws.
