About Us

Flight Club Dublin has recently opened its first venue in the centre of Dublin, and we are looking for a talented Bar Manager to help deliver an unforgettable beverage experience to our customers.

The Job

• Compile an exciting and imaginative beverage menu, with a strong focus on cocktails in line with current
• Identify recruitment needs, advertise, interview, recruit and induct new team members for the bar team.
• Assist the GM on ensuring business and personal objectives are implemented and reviewed on regular basis within the team.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, stock control, ordering and obtaining agreed beverage GP's
• Deal with employees' schedule changes, absences, replacements, to ensure the bar is suitably staffed at all times.
• Ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are delivered by the team at all times.
• Act as the Senior Manager in the venue where required.

Qualifications

Minimum Three years required in a similar position.
