Our award winning bar is seeking a new Bar Manager for our Thai Speakeasy, which serves curated cocktails and light food.

Key Information

  • Position : Cocktail Bar Manager

  • Type of Establishment : Small Size Cocktail Bar - Max 55 covers.

Working Hours & Pay

  • Tuesday-Wednesday 4-11:30pm

  • Thursday-Saturday 4-01:00am

  • Weekly Hours :

    • 37-45 hours per week

  • £14-18ph - Contingent on experience level and Tronc allocation
