Bar Duty Manager - Fast-Paced Airport Venue Leadership

SSP Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Duty Manager for Bars at Newcastle International Airport on a fixed term summer basis with early shifts. The role involves opening/closing duties, leading busy shifts, and ensuring excellent customer service across iconic brands within a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for team leadership, performance monitoring, and problem-solving on the fly, with scope across weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays.
