Bar Back

To be successful in the role you will:

• maintain stock levels on the bar, ensuring the stock rotation in fridges;
• restock ice, garnishes, mixes are required;
• collect glassware / bottles and ensure tables are wiped down and clean;
• operate the glass wash machine and ensure dispense/bar area is kept clean and tidy at all times; and
• Assist with opening and close down procedures.

You will have a genuine interest in hospitality and be enthusiastic and committed to ensuring an outstanding and consistent guest experience. A great team player, with a flexible 'can do' approach, always willing to help in other areas of service when required.
