Bar & Waiting Team Leader - Live-In & Growth

The Royal Castle in Dartmouth is seeking experienced bar and waiting team members ready to progress, or current supervisors, to join our lively hospitality team and help deliver a warm, memorable guest experience.

We offer live in accommodation, generous food and drinks discounts, £150 towards a stay in our pubs, retailer discounts, excellent training and clear progression paths. Meals are provided for shifts over six hours, and flexible, family friendly working arrangements are available.
