General Manager

Kitchen Team

• Prepare, grill, and clean in a fast paced, commercial kitchen environment
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and kitchen cleanliness
• Assist chefs with food preparation, operating the dishwasher, and keeping the kitchen safe and organized

Head Chef

• Leads all prep work and manages kitchen operations
• Ensures 100% compliance with food health and safety regulations
• Delivers consistently great food to guests

Sous Chef

• Assists the Head Chef in running the kitchen smoothly
• Ensures compliance and supports the kitchen team during service
• Helps manage staff and maintain kitchen standards
