Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
• Know the menu inside out, offering recommendations to customers
• Greet, serve food and look after our customers while they dine with us
• Assist the bar in preparing drinks that meet specs and customer expectations
• Ensure front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible

Apprenticeship Details

• A mixture of face-to-face and Skype/phone catch-ups every 4-6 weeks to discuss feedback and progress
• A mixture of on- and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars
• Reviews every 12 weeks with your Line Manager and apprenticeship Trainer
• The chance to get Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you don't already have a GCSE)
• Gain a Food and Beverage Team Member Apprenticeship Qualification once you have completed the 15-month programme
