Our Restaurant & Bar Team are the ones delivering our guests dining experience and they are responsible for delivering the standard of service guests expect.
On a quiet shift they can be found doing all the little jobs, cleaning, maintaining or training, keeping venue's up to standard as it should be.
Understanding the importance of teamwork, our team are great at multi-tasking, being experienced in all aspects of the Restaurant they know the hard work and attention to detail required.
Main Duties & Responsibilities Key Tasks- Making cocktails.
- Preparing and serving hot drinks, cakes & meals from the kitchen.
- Any other duties as required by our team.
- Be highly engaged with all teams in the venue as well as the wider group and take a keen interest in the direction and journey of the business as a whole.
- Passionate and determined to create real change in our industry.
- First class customer service skills.
- Excellent eye for detail.
