Bar & Restaurant Manager - Lead Cocktails & Service

The DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol City Centre is seeking a bar service professional to manage all bar operations, uphold high standards and ensure health, safety and hygiene compliance. You will lead and train the bar team, develop menus and control costs while maintaining exceptional guest service.

You will oversee stock, minimize waste, and collaborate with F&B and Kitchen teams to deliver seamless experiences for guests in a busy hotel environment.
