Banqueting Sous Chef - Luxury Weddings & Events

Cashel Palace Hotel is seeking an ambitious Sous Chef - Banqueting to join our culinary leadership team. You will support planning, preparation and delivery of all banqueting and event food operations across the hotel, ensuring meticulous standards and memorable guest experiences.

You will work closely with senior chefs, supervise Kitchen Brigade, and contribute to menu planning, training, and development in a fast-paced luxury environment.
