Job Description

Yellow 42 Recruitment is recruiting a Banqueting Operations Manager for a luxury resort in Scotland. You will lead a high performing events team to execute flawless ceremonies and banquets, maximise revenue, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will coordinate with resort departments, event planners and VIP guests, directing staff, planning menus, and managing AV and safety briefings to uphold luxury standards throughout all events.
