We are seeking a Banqueting Manager to join our team at Brig o' Doon House Hotel. In this hands on role, you will lead the conference and banqueting team to ensure the successful delivery of weddings, conferences, and private dining events, consistently exceeding guest expectations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage the conference and banqueting team to deliver flawless events.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members to ensure exceptional service and performance.
• Collaborate with managers to meet all guest requirements and resolve challenges proactively.
• Oversee weddings, conferences, and private dining events with attention to detail and high standards.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and collaborative working environment.
• Monitor operational aspects of banqueting to ensure smooth running and consistent guest satisfaction.
