Are you an ambitious Banking & Finance lawyer looking to step up into Partnership with one of Ireland's elite law firms? Or an established Senior Associate looking for a clear, unblocked path to Partnership in a dynamic market?


We are currently advising a premier Top 5 Irish domestic law firm on the appointment of a Banking Partner to join their market-leading Finance practice in Dublin.


The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join an established, high-performing practice group that advises a client roster across complex domestic and cross-border financial transactions.


You will lead transactions and advise a broad client base, including:



  • Major domestic and international financial institutions / Irish banks

  • Leading private equity houses, credit funds, and institutional investors

  • Multinational corporations and trading houses


Your practice will encompass a wide range of sophisticated lending, borrowing, and finance-related matters, including corporate banking, acquisition finance, real estate finance, fund finance, and debt restructurings.


Key Requirements

  • 7+ years' PQE in Banking & Finance within a top-tier, mid-tier, or international law firm environment.

  • Strong technical acumen across a wide range of debt finance and banking transactions.

  • Commercial drive & market connections: While a portable book of business is welcome, a strong profile, established professional network, and track record of business development in the Irish market are of key interest.

  • Natural leadership ability with a track record of mentoring junior associates and managing deal teams.
