Banking Customer Advisor - Growth, Training & Rewards

Metro Bank Newbury is recruiting a Banking Representative to be the friendly face of the branch, helping customers understand products and delivering outstanding service.

You will work as part of a team, prioritise tasks as customer demand shifts, and complete blended training including live trainer sessions, online study, and on-the-job coaching. A 37.5-hour week with potential Saturday work is expected.
