Banking Controls Lead - Risk & Compliance Excellence

Nationwide is seeking a 6 month secondment in its Business Banking Controls team to strengthen the control environment and embed risk awareness across the business. You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate policies into practical actions, track remedial plans, and drive improvements in risk management.

You will advise senior leaders, embed controls, and lead change in how risk is managed, ensuring sustainable and outcome-focused execution across the function.
