A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Banking & Finance Solicitor to join a leading law firm in Belfast. This role offers the chance to work within a highly regarded team, advising clients on a broad range of finance transactions, including both domestic and cross-border matters.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in advising both lenders and borrowers on a wide array of finance transactions, including corporate lending, project finance, and real estate finance.
Help to structure, negotiate, and document loan agreements, facility agreements, and security documents for high-profile clients.
Work with clients across various sectors, such as financial services, real estate, energy, and infrastructure.
Gain exposure to complex transactions while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.
Collaborate with senior team members, providing valuable input into client matters and gaining exposure to market-leading work.
0-4 years PQE in Banking & Finance, or a similar practice area, with a keen interest in financial services law.
Experience in or a strong understanding of corporate finance, lending transactions, and regulatory matters.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and other professionals effectively.
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with excellent attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities.
