Banking & Finance Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Bristol, £85,000+ (DOE)

• This impressive Banking & Finance practice advises a broad client base, including banks, financial institutions, corporate borrowers, investors, sponsors and public sector organisations.
• You will be involved in a varied caseload covering areas such as corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project and infrastructure finance, fund finance, asset-based lending and derivatives.
• You will work alongside experienced lawyers, build strong client relationships and collaborate with leading law firms on cross-border matters.

• Applications are sought from Banking & Finance Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
• Experience advising on Banking & Finance transactions gained within private practice or an in house legal team.
• A strong technical understanding of finance law and a commercial approach to client service.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
