Our client, a leading International firm, is looking for a Banking lawyer with experience across general corporate lending and real estate finance transactions to join their highly ranked Banking & Finance practice in London. The team act for lenders and borrowers on a variety of corporate lending transactions, including large investment grade loans provided by international bank syndicates, secured domestic and cross-border term and revolving facilities, acquisition financings (including public to privates), and other cashflow-based loans.
