Bank Support Worker

We are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care. You'll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Cygnet Hospital Clifton, a 25 bed specialist low secure service for men with personality disorder and complex mental health needs.

The hospital is set across two wards: Ancaria Ward (admissions/initial treatment) and Acorn Ward (rehabilitation, preparing for community or supported living). The role involves supporting patients through this pathway.

Job Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all people in our care.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
• Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs.
• Report on medical and welfare needs as required.
• Safeguard patients.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
