MALE BANK SUPPORT WORKER - FLEXIBLE HOURS, MEANINGFUL WORK

£12.71 Per hour - Zero Hour Contract

At CareTech, we're looking for a Bank Support Worker to join our team in Service Name . This is a flexible, rewarding role where you'll provide essential support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or physical disabilities, helping them live as independently and comfortably as possible.

The Role

As a Bank Support Worker, you will:

Support service users with personal care, daily routines, meal preparation, and household tasks

Provide one-to-one support tailored to individual needs

Encourage independence, life skills, and social inclusion

Promote emotional wellbeing and positive outcomes

Work as part of a dedicated, professional team to maintain high standards of care

This role offers flexibility - you can choose shifts that fit your lifestyle, including evenings, weekends, and occasional nights.

Who We're Looking For

Compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals

Experienced support workers or those new to care (full training provided)

Ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently or as part of a team
