MALE BANK SUPPORT WORKER - FLEXIBLE HOURS, MEANINGFUL WORK

£12.71 Per hour - Zero Hour Contract

Location - Streatham, London

At CareTech, we're looking for a Bank Support Worker to join our team in Service Name . This is a flexible, rewarding role where you'll provide essential support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or physical disabilities, helping them live as independently and comfortably as possible.

The Role

As a Bank Support Worker, you will:

Support service users with personal care, daily routines, meal preparation, and household tasks

Provide one-to-one support tailored to individual needs

Encourage independence, life skills, and social inclusion

Promote emotional wellbeing and positive outcomes

Work as part of a dedicated, professional team to maintain high standards of care
