Key duties- Providing personal care - including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
- Medication administration
- Assisting and getting involved in residents'daily activities, hobbies or outings
- Following care plan guidance alongsideCompany policies and procedures
- Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
- Maintaining written daily records
- Attending and completing training, as required

Where will you work?Fritham Lodge is a large, detached, corner property supporting up to 12 residents with mental health conditions and associated complex needs, including schizophrenia, bipolar and personality disorders. The home is five minutes' walk from Shirley, a busy suburb just two miles outside Southampton city centre. Fritham is a lively and active home. It has its own Day Activity Coordinator who develops personalised activity programmes to support education and life skills, providing a range of engaging and meaningful activities, tailored to individual capabilities. There is transport for trips and access to local amenities for swimming and horse riding, as well as visits to the cinema, pubs and restaurants.
