Spire Gatwick Park has some exciting opportunities for Surgical/Ortho Ward Nurses to join our experienced and dynamic team, working flexible shifts on the staffing bank.
Main duties of the jobDuties and responsibilities:
- You will support in assessing patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
- Assist in the delivery of care to meet the individuals' health and wellbeing needs.
- Provide and receive complex, sensitive, or contentious information.
- Develop your own knowledge and skills, as well as those of others.

- Assist in maintaining and developing services.

Who we're looking for- You will be a Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
- Be accustomed to working in teams with minimal supervision.
- Experience working in Surgical or Orthopaedics.
- Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- UK-based and experienced.
Bank 0 hours contract, flexible shifts. Shifts will include long days (7am - 7:30pm) and nights (7:00pm - 7:30am).
