About the roleWe are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly admin team at County Hospital, Invergordon as a bank receptionist. The successful candidate will work primarily at the main hospital reception, with occasional duties at other areas of the hospital.
Key responsibilities- Answering telephone calls and handling queries
- Booking appointments and managing schedules
- Completing paperwork and maintaining accurate filing systems
- Providing a welcoming and professional front-of-house service
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good educational background and minimum two years' office experience
- Accurate keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
